Terms
Terms and conditions
These terms apply to all orders placed through yeetlabfpv.com. They are written for Yeetlab as a small private FPV project based in Switzerland.
1. Seller and scope
Yeetlab orders are sold by Michael Moser, Heinrichstrasse 229, 8005 Zurich, Switzerland, as a private seller.

These terms apply to all purchases of physical products, spare parts, and digital download files offered on this website. Different or conflicting terms from a customer do not apply unless Yeetlab agrees to them in writing.
2. Products and product information
Yeetlab sells FPV frame kits and spare carbon parts. TPU parts, including camera mounts, bumpers, VTX mounts, and antenna mounts, are not included in the carbon frame kit unless explicitly stated. A 3D printer is required to complete the frame with the downloadable TPU files.
Product photos, renderings, specifications, weights, and delivery information are provided with care but may contain small deviations or change as the product develops. Only information expressly confirmed in the order or product description is binding.
3. Ordering process and contract formation
Product listings on the website are an invitation to place an order, not a binding offer by Yeetlab. You configure your order on the website, review the selected items and estimated total, and then proceed to Stripe Checkout.
By completing payment through Stripe, you submit a binding order. Yeetlab may accept the order by confirming it, starting production, providing download access, or shipping the ordered goods.
Yeetlab may reject or cancel orders if product availability, payment issues, incorrect pricing, export restrictions, suspected abuse, or other reasonable grounds make fulfilment impossible or unreasonable. If an already paid order is cancelled by Yeetlab, the paid amount will be refunded.
4. Prices, payment, and checkout totals
Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF). Payment is processed by Stripe. Shipping costs are shown before checkout and may depend on the number of frame kits ordered.
The visible cart total on the website is only an estimate for convenience. The binding checkout total is calculated server-side and confirmed in Stripe Checkout using fixed product prices and shipping rules controlled by Yeetlab.
Payment data is handled by Stripe. Yeetlab does not receive or store full card numbers.
5. Made-to-order production
Yeetlab products are produced in small batches or made to order. Production normally starts after payment has been completed. Because this is a small private project, short delays can happen, especially when carbon parts, TPU files, packaging, or shipping capacity are not immediately available.
6. Shipping and delivery
Orders may be shipped from Switzerland or China. Worldwide shipping is offered where reasonably possible. Production and shipping usually take around 2 to 3 weeks, but delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless Yeetlab explicitly confirms a binding delivery date in writing.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, non-collection, refusal of delivery, or another reason caused by the customer, additional shipping or return costs may be charged to the customer.
7. Customs, import duties, and taxes
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, taxes, or local handling fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The customer is responsible for checking whether the ordered products can be imported and used legally in their country. Yeetlab is not responsible for delays, seizures, additional fees, or restrictions caused by customs authorities or local laws.
8. Returns, cancellations, and mandatory rights
Because products are made to order, Yeetlab does not offer voluntary returns or cancellations for change of mind, wrong selection by the customer, or products that have already been used.
This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights, statutory warranty rights, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded. If mandatory law gives you a right that cannot be waived, that right remains unaffected.
If something arrives damaged, defective from production, or the wrong item was sent, contact Yeetlab with your order number, the product name, a short description, and clear photos or video. Without visual proof, support cases cannot be processed properly.
9. Defects, transport damage, and support
Yeetlab stands behind its frames and parts. If an item arrives damaged, has a production defect, or the wrong item was sent, contact Yeetlab as soon as possible at [email protected].
Support requests should include the order number, product name, a concrete description of the issue, and clear photos or video. If the issue is clear from the information provided, Yeetlab may offer replacement parts, repair guidance, a refund, or another reasonable solution.
10. Crash damage and wear
FPV freestyle is a high-impact hobby. Carbon and printed parts can break in crashes. Crash damage, wear from use, incorrect assembly, modification, or misuse are not considered product defects. Spare parts are available so the frame can be repaired.
11. Digital TPU files
Downloadable TPU files are provided for personal use with the Shreddo 5 frame. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the files may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded to public file libraries, or used commercially without written permission from Yeetlab.
The customer is responsible for print settings, material choice, printer calibration, and checking the printed parts before use. Failed prints or unsuitable print settings are not product defects of the carbon frame kit.
12. Assembly, safety, and use
FPV drones must be assembled, configured, and operated responsibly. The customer is responsible for safe assembly, suitable components, local legal compliance, and safe operation of the finished drone.
Yeetlab products are intended for civilian hobby and model-flight use only. They must not be used for illegal, unsafe, military, weaponized, sanctioned, or export-restricted purposes.
13. Liability
Yeetlab is liable without limitation where liability cannot be excluded by law, including for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health where applicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yeetlab is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, lost profits, loss of data, damage caused by crashes, incorrect assembly, unsuitable components, unlawful operation, modification, misuse, or normal wear.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in the customer's country of residence.
15. Changes to these terms
Yeetlab may update these terms when the shop, products, payment flow, legal requirements, or fulfilment process changes. The version published at the time of the order applies to that order.
